Hochschild Cohomology of Cubic Surfaces

چکیده
We consider the polynomial algebra C[z] := C[z1, z2, z3] and the polynomial f := z 3 1 + z 3 2 + z 3 3 + 3qz1z2z3, where q ∈ C. Our aim is to compute the Hochschild homology and cohomology of the cubic surface Xf := {z ∈ C 3 / f(z) = 0}. For explicit computations, we shall make use of a method suggested by M. Kontsevich. Then, we shall develop it in order to determine the Hochschild homology and cohomology by means of multivariate division and Groebner bases. Some formal computations with Maple are also used.

Hochschild Homology and Cohomology of Klein Surfaces
Within the framework of deformation quantization, a first step towards the study of star-products is the calculation of Hochschild cohomology. The aim of this article is precisely to determine the Hochschild homology and cohomology in two cases of algebraic varieties. On the one hand, we consider singular curves of the plane; here we recover, in a different way, a result proved by Fronsdal and ...
متن کاملDigital cohomology groups of certain minimal surfaces
In this study, we compute simplicial cohomology groups with different coefficients of a connected sum of certain minimal simple surfaces by using the universal coefficient theorem for cohomology groups. The method used in this paper is a different way to compute digital cohomology groups of minimal simple surfaces. We also prove some theorems related to degree properties of a map on digital sph...
متن کاملHochschild Cohomology for Complex Spaces and Noetherian Schemes
The classical HKR-theorem gives an isomorphism of the n-th Hochschild cohomology of a smooth algebra and the n-th exterior power of its module of Kähler differentials. Here we generalize it for simplicial, graded and anticommutative objects in “good pairs of categories”. We apply this generalization to complex spaces and noetherian schemes and deduce two decomposition theorems for their (relati...
متن کاملHochschild Cohomology and Support Varieties for Tame Hecke Algebras
We give a basis for the Hochschild cohomology ring of tame Hecke algebras. We then show that the Hochschild cohomology ring modulo nilpotence is a finitely generated algebra of Krull dimension 2, and describe the support varieties of modules for these algebras.
